SkyWok - an chinese affair

Recently I have visited this beautiful place in East Delhi. located in the roof top of Park Inn by Radisson, it has some charming views to offer. vibrant decors, subtle lightnings and a semi infinity pool beside this chinese restaurant makes it a recommended leisure lunch or a perfect evening dating place !

coming to the mocktails, I tried Watermelon mojito which has fresh mint, water melon chunks, lemon topped with lemonade and fresh water melon juice. Virgin mojito was also another fresh drink to enjoy with starters. lemon chunks, fresh mint and brown sugar muddled and topped with lemonade in it. From salad and appetizers, I had :- Asians noodle salad - glass noodle tossed with thai dressing and chicken morsels. It was colorful and fresh Bang bang shrimps - crispy fried shrimps tossed in spicy sauce, its a recommended one for seafood lover. little extra spicy it was though. Five spice chicken wings - crispy chicken wings tossed with sweet chilli, soya and five spices. Stir fried fish in black bean sauce was another spicy and little tangy appetizer for fish lovers! I tried the Prawn suimai and chicken dimsums. stuffings was not very juicy, rather little dry. so it need some improvement.

From main course, Chicken schezwan noodles made a perfectatch with Singapore chilli garlic prawn. Singaporean style wok toseed prawns with asian vegetables in chilli garlic sauce was full of asian flavors and mild in taste. Batter fried fish tossed with asian greens in hot garlic sauce was another must try dish. both the main course dishes were less spicy and matched for those who love authentic mild in taste Chinese food.

From Desserts section these two are surely not to be missed by everyone. Chocolate filled wontons with vanilla sauce - fried dumplings stuffed with chocolate mash served with vanilla ice cream. I loved the way chef didn't stuff to much of chocolate fillings inside the fried dumplings. it was subtle and smooth. a recommended dish this is. Fried ice cream - bread coated butterscotch ice cream deep fried amd served with fruits, a lovely sweet dish for those who loves their desserts hot amd cold at the same time. crunchy coating will melt in your mouth with a spoonful of ice cream.
