I always love the unlimited barbecue / live grill concept. This is one of the best thing that has happened in F&B industry of India, a food lovers heaven. For exchange of an fixed amount, enjoy your eating out endlessly. And good news for the foodies staying near Golf course road, Gurgaon as BBQ factory is offering a sumptuous and enormous meal through the live grill concept. Good ambiance, live music, nice architectural layout are some of the charming factors. Extended over two floors, BBQ factory has a great seating capacity. The ground floor is for the normal eating out and the second floor is dedicated to any kinds of party. So if you are looking for a gathering or party, head over to BBQ factory. They have good packages of buffet with IMFL drinks.
Coming to the foods, we started with golgappa from the live chat counter. From the mocktails, detox is the must one here. And from cocktails we loved puspa behosh and grilled apple margarita. The live grill section has a huge list of starters. Angara chicken, churrasco chicken, tandoori momos (first time I had in a buffet meal ! ), mutton shammi kebab, chilly prawns, fish tikka and chicken tikka - all were great. From veg starters, I tried only the churrasco pineapple ( need some improvement), crispy corn ( little hard) and bbq potatoes.
From salad bars, you can have kimchi to roasted chicken, russian salad - all kinds of variety. Though I didnt try and went directly for the main course. They have created the menu incluidng some bengali dishes for the local bengalis and bengali food lover staying near Golf course road. I had aloo posto, dal makhani, murg ka sweta, kosha mangsho with steamed rice. I personally like aloo posto with thick gravy of poppy seed, here its little bit on the runny side. Kosha mangsho could have been better if it is more spicy and stirred for a long time. though the taste is justified as its only targeted for buffet, not a cuisine speciality restaurant.
I loved veg manchurian and fish in garlic seasame with hakka noodles. Murg hyderabadi biryani needs some improvement over kacchi style cooking and uses of spices. Again the dessert menu is a killer one. I like the tiramisu, chocolate mud pudding and gulab jamun. The hot and crispy jalebis were something to die for. This is a family orientated restaurants with reasonably priced buffet. Enjoy your weekend buffet with family at BBQ factory.
